  • Our Approach.

Trauma-informed & culturally responsive. You’ll be met with respect, choice, and collaboration in every session.
Evidence-based. We use CBT, somatic strategies, ART (to reprocess distressing memories and reduce their emotional/physical charge), and family-systems/attachment-based perspectives.
Nervous-system aware. We teach practical regulation skills (breath, body, and behavior) grounded in polyvagal principles so your gains stick outside of session.
Clear goals & measurable progress. We co-create a plan and check in on what’s working.

  • What to Expect.

    1) Getting started. Complete our brief intake form or call. We’ll match you with a clinician who fits your goals, schedule, and preferences.
    2) First appointment (intake). We’ll learn your story, identify priorities, and set initial goals. You’ll leave with a first step you can use right away.
    3) Ongoing sessions. Most clients meet weekly or every other week. We blend skill-building with deeper processing at a pace that feels safe.
    4) Wrapping up. We’ll review progress, plan next steps, and make sure you have tools to keep momentum going.

  • FAQs.

    How long does therapy take?
It varies. Many clients notice relief within a few sessions and continue to build skills over several months. We’ll check in regularly and adapt the plan to your needs.

    What is ART?
Accelerated Resolution Therapy is an evidence-based approach that helps reprocess distressing memories so they feel less charged in daily life. Many clients experience relief faster than with talk-only methods.

Do you work with children & teens?
Yes—most clinicians see ages 6+. We partner with caregivers to support consistent, practical progress at home.

    Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is protected by law, with a few safety-related exceptions we’ll review at the first session.
