Insurance & Payment

Do you accept insurance?

We accept many insurance plans. Coverage can vary by plan and benefits. If you don’t see your plan listed, contact us and we’ll help determine options.

What will my appointment cost?

Cost depends on your plan (deductible, copay, and coinsurance). If you are paying out-of-pocket, we can provide current self-pay rates. When possible, we can verify benefits prior to the first appointment.

Do you accept Medical Assistance (MA) or Medicaid?

Yes—Medical Assistance and managed care coverage may be available depending on the service and plan. Contact us with your member ID and we can help confirm coverage.

How do I get started?

What happens at the first appointment?

The first appointment focuses on understanding your concerns, history, current symptoms, strengths, and goals. We’ll discuss recommendations and next steps, including an initial plan and scheduling.

Services

What is CTSS?

Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) is a skills-based mental health service for youth. CTSS focuses on teaching and practicing practical skills (like emotional regulation, coping, routines, and communication) in real-life settings such as home, school, and the community.

Do you offer supervised visitation or parent coaching?

Yes. Our Family Support Program provides supervised visitation and parent education/coaching designed to strengthen parenting skills and support safe, healthy family relationships.

Do you provide assessments or evaluations?

Yes. We offer evaluation services based on referral needs. Contact us with the type of evaluation you’re seeking and any deadlines so we can advise on fit and availability.

Do you provide medication management?

Medication services depend on provider availability. Contact us to confirm current availability and options.

Parents & Logistics

Does a parent/guardian need to be involved for minors?

For children and teens, a parent/guardian typically participates in intake and treatment planning. Ongoing involvement depends on the youth’s needs and the care plan.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another client. (If you have a specific cancellation policy window/fee, add it here.)

Where are services provided?

Yes. We provide consultation for professionals and agencies, including case consultation, program development guidance, and trauma-informed systems support.
